Flavors

Using high-quality ingredients is a very important aspect of my cakes. I believe that they should not only be visually appealing, but also taste amazing. That's why I only use the freshest and locally sourced fruit, free range eggs, local dairy produce, real butter, Madagascar bourbon vanilla, and Belgian cocoa and chocolate.

Allergen warning: All my cakes are produced in an environment where gluten, nuts, milk, and eggs are present.

Unfortunately, I do not offer eggless, gluten free, vegan, and dairy free cakes.

 

​I have a wide variety of cake flavors to choose from, but I can also create cakes with your own unique flavor combination.

Red Velvet

Moist red velvet cake infused with Chambord liquor and layered with Belgian white chocolate buttercream.

 

Champagne Toast

Vanilla bean cake infused with champagne, and layered with strawberry buttercream.

 

Strawberry Shortcake

Vanilla bean cake infused with vanilla rum, layered with vanilla buttercream, and fresh strawberry jam.

 

Love Potion

Rich chocolate cake infused with Chambord, and layered with raspberry buttercream.

 

Lemon-Berry

Refreshing lemon cake infused with Limoncello, and layered with Belgian white chocolate-raspberry buttercream.

 

Black Forest

Rich chocolate cake infused with Cherry liquor, filled with sour cherry compote, and layered with vanilla buttercream.

 

Drunken Cherry

Rich chocolate cake infused with brandy, filled with brandy-soaked cherries and walnuts, and layered with Belgian chocolate buttercream.

 

Kyiv

Airy hazelnut meringue cake layered with vanilla buttercream.

 

Medovik (honey cake)

8-10 Layers of moist honey cake or chocolate honey cake layered with vanilla cream, and could be filled with choice of: walnuts, raspberry, sour cherry, black currant, strawberry.
